Step 1 | Consultation + First visit
Lets meet!
We begin with a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to learn the scope of your project in order to see if we are a fit.
If yes, we will book an in person 60 minute discovery meeting to:
-See the space
-Review gathered inspiration images
-Learn of your goals and objectives
-Discuss solutions to consider
-Calculate preliminary price ranges
-Discuss next steps to proceed with design meeting and retainer
Step 2 | Hire, Plan + Ideate
The next design exploration meeting has been booked and design retainer paid. Now we are partners on your project.
Design development will include:
-Confirm job scope
-Collaboration meetings to match your needs to the design
-Material mood board created and finishes selected
-Cabinet sizes and room dimensions discussed in detail
-Plans and 3D drawings created and revised
-Detailed quotes gathered from tradespeople and vendors
-Final design and price presentation in person

Step 3 | Payment and Orders submitted
Proceed to order includes:
-Approval of finishes and products
-Sign off on plans and elevations
-Sign contract
-Deposit submitted
-Products are ordered
-Timelines created and trades booked
-Client Dashboard set up for anytime access to real time schedule, communications, files and payments
Step 4 | Preparation + Installation
Coordinate and schedule skilled trades for tasks needed in the job scope including but not limited to:
-Disconnection and hook ups of plumbing and electrical
-Removal of cabinet and counters + haul away (or ReStore donation)
-Demolition of other aspects as required
-Wall preparation, painting and trims
-Flooring and baseboards
-Cabinet delivery and Installation
-Counters installation
-Backsplash tiling
-Other as necessary
Site visits done throughout the phases until project is completed to customer's satisfaction.
