Step 1 | Consultation + First visit

We begin with a complimentary phone consultation to learn the scope of your project in order to see if we are a fit.
If yes, we will create an appointment to:
-Review the plans if available
-Book a site visit where dimensions will be taken
-Goals outlined
-Concepts and inspirations discussed
-Preliminary layouts planned
A quote with price tiers and 3D concept rendering will be provided.
Step 2 | Hire, Plan + Ideate
Lets go ahead!
Customer have chosen the preferred option and completed the contract signing and paying the deposit. Now we are partners on your project.
Design development will include:
-inspiration gathering
-Material and finishes selection sourced and quoted
-Dimensions of space and cabinet sizes discussed in detail
- Our meetings will be done by video, phone or in person
Timelines with vary per project.
Step 3 | Payment and Orders submitted
A second site measure is conducted as required, final selections confirmed and final quote approved.
All orders are signed off digitally.
Products are ordered, timelines created and trades booked.
Customer is given tasks to complete as necessary.
Dates and communication updated onto the shared Client Dashboard in real time.
Step 4 | Preparation + Installation
Coordinate and schedule skilled trades for:
-cabinet demolition + haul away,
-hook ups of plumbing and electrical
-counters
-painting
-flooring
-other as necessary
I have approved the selection of trades people who align with the company values for quality results and professional customer service.
Site visits done throughout the phases until project is completed to customer's satisfaction.
